Microporous Membrane Structure

From the structural analysis of the microporous membrane, it is a very thin membrane with a porous sponge-like structure inside. The common pore size ranges from 0.1 microns to 10 microns. Nowadays, manufacturers of microporous membranes classify them as follows according to their morphological differences:

·Flat Sheet Membrane

·Hollow Fiber Membrane

·Tubular Membrane

Among the above three, the "flat thin paper filter membrane" can be further subdivided into two types, "Unsupported flat paper filter membrane without support" and "Supported flat paper filter membrane" according to its structure. If the two manufacturing require the required technology, the production of "flat sheet-type membrane without support" is more precise and complicated than the production of "flat sheet-type membrane with support".
